In New Zealand it is recorded that 700,000 people have identified as having a disability of some kind and at UP2DATE we realise that disability doesn't just affect the person with the impairment but also their friends, family/whanau, support staff and more.
UP2DATE was launched in 2009 as a response to the demand for up to date information, support services and news and reviews as tried and tested by disabled people for disabled people.
UP2DATE's consultants nationwide have many years of experience in the sector and have designed this site as an interactive platform for disabled people and the wider community to share information, experiences and skills so we can have control and informed choices on how we live our lives.
