The Bay of Plenty District Health Board are currently running a survey to find out how accessible and useable the health and disability services they fund in the Bay are for people with disabilities. Up2date want to hear from people with disabilities, their families and whanau of your experience. The services they seek information on are everything from Hospital services, outpatients, Home care services, Needs Assessment services and more. The types of questions they ask are.
