Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Secure Payment
All online purchases with Up2Date take place in a secure environment utilising the latest security technology.

Online orders are processed using the secure Hosted Payment page solution from DPS. Your card is authorized and debited in real time, in an SSL secure environment.

DPS is committed to protecting the security of your data and uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal information you provide is stored in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest in surveillance and security technology. When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted using 168bit 3DES encryption. DPS is also certified AIS compliant:
 
Payment
You may pay for your order by a number of methods.  You will be asked to confirm your chosen payment method when you make your order.

Online Credit Card
We accept Visa and Mastercard

Please ensure in any communication with us you quote your customer name and invoice number.

If you prefer, you can telephone us and provide your credit card details over the telephone on 0800 227 363. 

Delivery
At Up2Date we endeavor to deliver all stocked items within 3 - 7 working days of us confirming receipt of your order, although this timeframe is an estimate only.  If your order does not arrive within this timeframe please contact us through the website or by phoning us on 0800 277 633.  If we are not able to supply the item (because the item is out of stock) or if there will be a delay in delivery (to a rural or remote location) we will notify you as soon as is reasonably possible.

We do not deliver outside New Zealand unless special arrangements are made with us.

If you have any queries concerning one of your orders, please contact us either by email or telephone us on 0800 227 363.  Please quote your customer name and order number in any correspondence with us.


Returns Policy
If for some reason the product has arrived damaged, or is not to your satisfaction, please e-mail, fax or call us within 10 days of your purchase.  We will arrange for the product to be picked up and you will receive a full credit, exchange or refund - which ever you prefer.

Please provide details of your invoice number for the item/s you are returning to enable us to arrange for them to be collected and credited.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched there is no administration charge. You will be refunded the cost of your Order and any postage.
