Peer support is offered both one-to-one and through a support group. Membership is free and members can borrow books from our library and receive our newsletter. We run a variety of education courses throughout the year. Our philosophy is that, the more information people have access to, the better able they are to make the best decisions for themselves. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm. It is best to phone us and book a time as our work often takes us out of the office. |
